OptimERA Team

Emmett Fitch, Chief Executive Officer

After graduating from The Evergreen State College, Emmett returned to his home town, Unalaska, Alaska. After seeing a need for better communications in this remote community, he founded OptimERA. The start of this journey was bringing internet and phone service to a floating fish processing facility. For the next 9 years, Emmett expanded his knowledge and developed unique solutions to serve the facility. In 2006, OptimERA expanded its service to the community of Dutch Harbor, and today continues to expand to remote Alaska communities, serving thousands of people.

Emmett continues to push the envelope on technology and build a fair, straightforward business, that focuses on the communities and people it serves.
